Company issued devices are provided depending on employment type and position. Mail and Calendar accounts on company issues devices are managed through a device manager. In this case accounts do not need to be set up manually on your device. Personal devices can be used for email and calendar but must be set up manually.

Managed devices (company issued) are managed automatically using the company Mobile Device Manager (MDM). The MDM pushes the server configurations for Mail and Calendar access down to your device. Note that you will be requested to enter your issued password.
Personal device configuration must be manually configured. These steps vary by device, mail and calendar complients and versions. These instructions are provide as a guidline and may not be exact for your device.

Passwords

During onboarding a password will be provided to you by IT Services when they set up your device. This password must be stored for future use or setting up calendar or email access on your personal device.
It is your choice how to save passwords but they must be stored on in a secure manor. We suggest Google Password Manager for android and IPhone Keychain for Apple devices.

On android devices it is recommended that you use the Google Password manager for storing and retrieving your password

On Apple devices you can use the Apple keychain manager for storing and retrieving your password. This application is available from the settings application.
